What you (may) expect
In this role, you will be part of the Reliability and Maintenance Team. The Reliability and Maintenance Team is in the lead on the asset management plans and continuous improvements to enhance the reliability and maintenance of the fleet.
As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the long-term performance and availability of our assets. Using risk-based maintenance techniques and data-driven strategies. You will also lead investigations into technical events to identify root causes, capture key learnings, and define improvement actions — all aimed at achieving and maintaining high standards of reliable operations
Key responsibilities:

Lead investigations on technical defects and incidents and implementation of preventive actions;

Manage and lead FMECA and other risk-based maintenance analysis;

Oversee the correct implementation and monitor if preventive measures are leading to the expected result;

Advice on new technologies in the field of reliability engineering.
What we ask
-
Completed Master’s or Bachelor’s degree within Maritime Technology, Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineering etc;
-
Experience working onboard ships at least in rank of 2nd engineer, preferably on gas tankers;

Excellent verbal and written command of English;

Training courses incident investigation – Top set or similar;
-
Experienced with continuous improvement frameworks;
-
Stakeholder management skills with effective communication and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders;

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning are vital for success.

You are willing to incidentally travel to our vessels when needed (worldwide).
