Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

We recognize the importance of colleagues with diverse backgrounds and cultures collaborating. This promotes creativity, energy and open-mindedness. It is essential that everyone feels included and respected, as we strive for a sense of belonging without any exclusions. That’s why we have embraced Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), because we are ‘’Better Together’’.

By embracing diversity, promoting equity, and fostering inclusion, we will continue to build a stronger, more resilient organization that thrives on the unique contributions of every (future) colleague.

DEI Committee and Sounding Board

Through the DEI Committee and DEI Sounding Boards of both office and fleet staff, we want to create more awareness among employees and encourage people to work towards a diverse and inclusive working environment.

The DEI committee is seated by Manager HR Marine, Manager HR Office and Communications Manager. The DEI Sounding Board is a platform, open to all colleagues which you can join by sending an email to the DEI committee.

We are open to new ideas and initiatives to reach our goals and invite our colleagues to look after each other, be open, and speak up when this is necessary. If you have ideas or notice anything that can be changed for the better, you can contact the DEI committee.

Key Figures

Our Sustainable Growth Report presents an overview of key figures that underline our commitment to our social strategy. We believe that (future) colleagues want to commit to an employer with a clear mission, vision, and ambitions and how they can contribute to that, values that fit our employees and can relate to.

This report includes data on our initiatives, impact, and progress in areas such as wellbeing, safety and Training & Development.
