What to expect

As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key member of our HR department, collaborating with the HR Manager, HR Officer, Corporate Recruiter, and HR Trainee.

Your primary objective will be to align HR initiatives with Anthony Veder’s people strategy. You will implement HR strategies to further professionalize and digitalize our HR practices, contributing to our aspiration of becoming an employer of choice. Your mission is to create a safe and inspiring workplace where employees can connect, develop, and contribute to company goals, while focusing on vitality, wellbeing, and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers and the HR colleagues to develop, monitor, and implement various HR policies and programs, including talent management, learning & development, performance management, HR systems and staff vitality.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and colleagues on HR topics.
  • Becoming one of the key users for our HR system, HiBob and collaborate with different users to initiate improvements and automation of different processes when possible.
  • Ensure HR documents and templates are up-to-date and continuously improved.
  • Support the HR Officer and Recruiter with reporting, hiring, onboarding, mobility, offboarding tasks or other relevant tasks when needed.
  • Advocate and encourage Anthony Veder’s company values.

What we are looking for

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant HR/Business role.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management (HRM), Law, Business or similar.
  • You are a strong communicator with deep organizational knowledge and sensitivity.
  • You are happy to help drive innovation and creativity within the organization.
  • You have an excellent verbal and written command of Dutch and English.
  • You have an affinity with different HR themes.
  • Willing to be part of a small agile team which sometimes requires you to assist direct team members with their workload.
