What to expect
As a HR Officer, you will be a key member of our HR team, collaborating with the HR Manager, HR Business Partner and Corporate Recruiter as well as different teams.
You primary objective is to secure a flawless employee life cycle administration and continuous improvement of our HR Systems and policies. We work with HiBob as our HR system and are continuously improving the state of the system mainly in collaboration with the HR Office team and our dedicated business application analyst. We expect someone to have affinity with optimizing HR processes as you will be the key user and lead the innovation going forward.
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all administration related the whole employee life cycle: onboarding, employment, offboarding, mobility, monthly payroll mutations etc.

Key user for HiBob,– update workflows, follow up on tasks, prepare launch of compensation events, talent module, generate reports and overviews, follow up on new releases etc.

Ensure HR documents and templates are up-to-date and continuously improved.

First point of contact and trusted advisor for employees and managers for various (operational) HR matters and topics.

Support the Corporate Recruiter and HR Business Partner with reporting, hiring, onboarding, mobility, offboarding tasks or other relevant tasks when needed.

What we are looking for

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant HR/Business role.

You have a MBO degree, preferably in Human Resources Management (HRM), Business, IT, Law or similar.

You have a great attention for detail and have good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills.

You have an excellent verbal and written command of Dutch and English.

You have affinity with different HR themes.
