Meet Ronaldi – Apprentice
Can you introduce yourself?
Hello! My name is Ronaldi Firmansyah. I am an Apprentice on Coral Leaf. I have been on board since 2 months ago. A short time, but I am very happy and enthusiastic here.
I study a lot about navigation and cargo operations. I am also learning about 3rd officer jobs with a good mentor.
What do you like most about your work?
As an Apprentice at Anthony Veder, I got training record book, having a training record book that provided by the company is fantastic! It’s useful for me to make structured learning and development. It helps in tracking my progress.
Also, I might appreciate and say thanks to all of my mentors who help me to study.
What do you value most about Anthony Veder?
Absolutely, staying updated on the latest news about Anthony Veder is incredibly valuable to me. I can easily access by opening eVentmast and reading weekly updates in email.
I think it demonstrates a commitment to transparency and keeps me connected to the goals and achievements, I truly appreciate.
What would you say to someone considering a career at Anthony Veder?
AV is a good company to work for! You don’t need to hesitate to pursue a career within Anthony Veder. When you want to learn something new on board, you can do that to develop yourself more. I am glad with this opportunity.
