The IT Operational Engineer is situated within the Technology & Support team of the Digital Services department of Anthony Veder. Technology & Support is responsible to deliver and maintain a scalable and open infrastructure, delivering hardware that fits the needs and support all colleagues across the fleet and in the office to get the most out of this. As IT Operational Engineer you are intrinsically motivated to help your colleagues in- and outside of the department. You are an enthusiastic, open communicator. You enjoy working with others, helping them and enjoy to solve puzzles. To not just resolve the incident quickly, but also identify and resolve the underlying problem.

Your objective for the position of the IT Operational Engineer is to:

• Deliver the required support to office and fleet colleagues. Be the go-to person that everyone knows and likes to work with.

• Know the details, but don’t get stuck in them.

• Work with vendors and drive them to act within the Service Level Agreements. Maintain the environment.

• Use your every day experience to signal, suggest and execute improvements for support and maintenance.

What we ask:

• MBO IT of HBO IT/technisch. 3+ jaar werkervaring.

• Experience with ITIL (preferred)

• Experience with DevOps (preferred)

• Experience with Agile delivery (preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written command of English and Dutch

• Excellent planning, prioritizing and organizing

• Analytical thinking

• Excellent communicative skills.

• Self-reliance
