As Employer Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating events such as in-house days and external company days, creating Employer Branding content (videos, articles, etc.), and assisting in the recruitment procedures (candidate selection and management). You will also be in charge of managing our social media presence, website content, and relationships with talent pools for future hires. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your creativity and networking skills to drive online visibility and optimize recruitment procedures.

What we ask:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in relevant area (e.g., Human Resources, Communications,

International Bachelor Communications and Media (IBCom), etc.)

• Affinity and experience with social media and recruitment

• Enthusiasm for creating creative content and understanding people’s core drivers

• Ability to create and maintain relationships

• Good verbal and written command of Dutch and English

• Proven content writing skills
